AN INCOMPARABLE HISTORY AS ITS AROMA
The Style of Soleya originates in Wallonia,  the french-speaking region of Belgium, where farmers used to produce beer during the cooler, less active months in order to drink it during the ripening season. Its name, Saison, derives its name from the word “Saisonniers”, seasonal farmers, and the summer chararcter of this beer can be perceived by its fresh and light aromas, that originate from the varieties of hops and from the barley and wheat malts used.

INGREDIENTS
Water, malted barley (Pilsner, Crystal and toasted malt), wheat malt, hops (Enigma, Magnum), yeast
